TOSSE TEAM
Educators, administrators, and industry experts gathered at the annual Total School Support Seminar and Exhibition (TOSSE) at Ten Degrees Event Centre in Lagos to explore innovative solutions and best practices aimed at advancing Nigeria’s education sector and beyond. Organized by Edumark Consult, the event, now in its 16th edition, drew over 7,000 participants and featured more than 100 exhibitors.
During the opening ceremony, Edumark Consult CEO, Mrs. Yinka Ogunde, represented by Wunmi Ogunde, highlighted TOSSE’s role in providing stakeholders with resources and insights to drive positive change and elevate educational quality. She noted TOSSE’s growth from a modest gathering of 100 attendees to an anticipated 10,000 participants this year, describing it as a key hub for educational resources in Nigeria.
Themed “Leadership in Education: Embracing Challenges, Inspiring Change,” the event’s focus aligned with the current transformations in the educational landscape driven by technology, socio-economic shifts, and demand for innovative learning. Ogunde emphasized the need for educators to embrace these changes, noting that leadership in education today requires resilience, creativity, and a commitment to fostering an environment where educators can concentrate on imparting knowledge and leadership skills.

She further highlighted TOSSE’s dedication to innovation, wellness, mental health, emotional intelligence, and financial management in education, stressing the importance of reducing administrative burdens to allow educators more time for teaching and mentorship. These priorities, she explained, not only enhance the learning environment for students but also empower educators to lead as changemakers in their classrooms and communities.
